Unprofessional trainer, seems like they picked just anyone to train us. The trainer was ignorant, sexist and we were given 2 days to train. Now I mean this with no malicious intent but English being my first language I was shocked as to why others who don’t speak as well as me get to stay. Told I had “street” English when I was clearly just speaking English, it’s funny how “street” English speaker has better vocabulary than the trainer. I’d rather not bring up race and discrimination but it is hard to ignore in this situation.
High turnover of staff, noisy environment, inadequate training, stressful work, archaic technology, unfriendly staff and low morale. Very poor communication system. Lacking empathy and long access to medicare and other benefits. No staff likes their job. Just managing.
