Good job culture but high stress

Working under high pressure, the working environment is not comfortable. You can learn how to communicate with the customer. The schedule is noon to mid-night if u are ok with the time.

This company full of ordure

The company full of infectious people who are sick with overconfidence and buffoons. Managers are illiterate who are incapable and I would not even hire them to wash a car. This should not be your first company. Sooner or later this company will face charges of defraud and CIVIL CODE OF QUÉBEC Article 7.

Its a Real good place to start a job in Montreal
Managers there are helpful and supportive
agents have to be on-time and respect the rules there and be able to accept the reality of the job because sometimes it's boring.
although agents are really nice there, SPH put pressure on agents and you have to be good.

overall is just fine

overall is fine, the only thing to complain is the computer equipment is out of dated. and the office chair is not enough and in miserable bad condition. but the payroll is always on time. Though they only offer minimum wages, the bonus and other benefit you could easily got if you put your mind on this job. It's a pity that there's no mechanism to retain good employees.

Gone downhill

In the recent months the call center has really gone downhill because the site manager they have has absolutely no idea what he is doing. The center has an electrical problem and from time to time it has not been umcommon for someone to get a shock from the equipment. The center should close for a few months and open again when the electrical is fixed and they have a better site manager.

Easy but hard

It's an easy job in general. If you are a student it is the perfect job because of the fixed schedule you provide them based on your availability. mangement need to improve and they need to be more friendly and understanding with their agents.

Needs better support from supervisors and management

The company overall was great to work for but the location I was working out of was not a good environment. The superior staff did not do support/help the reps on the floor when calls where difficult. There was no support towards the mental help of the employees.

If there was more support from supervisors the job would of been a lot better.

The hours where great, the training was excellent

I loved the job I had at the call center! The only thing that I didn't like about working there, was the management. Nothing was really done through the right channels and some of the managers had obvious favorites, which made it hard if you weren't one of those favorites as they'd find anything they could to get you in trouble for.

It's a call center so don't expect too much

You do a month of paid (minimum wage) training, then a month of "trial" where you're supposed to be helped through the calls, but in reality you're on your own. There are a lot of good people there but overall the place is a complete mess. Always check your pay stubs to make sure you've got the right hours as they underpaid me more than once (whether on purpose or through system error I don't know).
