Pay is inconsistent (the higher you go, the lower you get),
Inability to maintain work place policies,
Inconsistentcy with workplace discipline (two employees can receive different forms of discipline for the same thing)
Bias opinions and treatment from management to certain employees,
When faced with issues, concerns or questions, management staff is either unable to provide answers in a professional manner/time frame or they're unable to provide an answer at all,
Refusal to work alongside employees personal lives/time tables,
Provides unrealistic expectations of job requirements at times and much much more.

the people at IO Solutions were fun to work with. the management could use a little work though. Never had a bad experience on calls but the job was not for me.

Gone downhill

In the recent months the call center has really gone downhill because the site manager they have has absolutely no idea what he is doing. The center has an electrical problem and from time to time it has not been umcommon for someone to get a shock from the equipment. The center should close for a few months and open again when the electrical is fixed and they have a better site manager.

very flexiable with there employees. always planning fun activities and they are always decoration for holidays. most of the supervisors are very helpfull

Needs better support from supervisors and management

The company overall was great to work for but the location I was working out of was not a good environment. The superior staff did not do support/help the reps on the floor when calls where difficult. There was no support towards the mental help of the employees.

If there was more support from supervisors the job would of been a lot better.

The hours where great, the training was excellent

Nice people but is a call center

show up prep you station
sit and answer calls from customers, try to find a resolution for them.
plan on staying after your shift is over due to calls arriving just as your shift ends.

Love this place! Under new management! So many great Changes happened in the last 6 months. Great atmosphere and people! Lots of bonus incentives and contests for employees to win different things.
