Productive, organised, follows hierarchy and time concious
Working with IRCC was a challenging job for me at the same time I enjoyed my time there. The staff were well manered and always want to do things based on the set standard. The only problem I have with the organisation is that casual worker are not been encouraged with permanent job over time.

Interesting environement
Working for the ICRC is very interesting as its has its open and international environnement. Reaching out vulnerable human biengs in places of war wherever they were. No matter of their colour, race and religon, ICRC is very respected world wide. It is independent and neutral. Place of work could include employees from all over the world, simple, nice, supporting, helpfull, well concentrated, professional and respectfull to each other. An employee works for at least 8h a day or more. There is a special fund called development fund for studying or doing extra professional training related to ones job.

ICRC is a mature organization working in Humanitarian assistance for people who are affected by wars around the world. ICRC is very well structured and standardized.

Great work culture, fulfilling work
The IFRC does great humanitarian work. The culture is one of cooperation and fosters learning and engagement. A typical day at work is spent working liaising with other Red Cross societies and working on various projects.
