4 weeks of paid training. Very nice computer equipment. Emphasis on constant on-line learning. Variety of issues to resolve means rarely a dull moment. Other staff are helpful. Need to work very quickly and have monthly individualized evaluations.

Constant surveillance/evaluation by manager and others, probation and termination if you do not meet company expectations, rotation of staff to enable phone coverage means little opportunity to interact with others
