Good Place to work at
Work place and environment is really good, but like every company has its ups and downs. Management is okay some are very professional but some need training to become professional. Sometimes managers are hard to communicate with. Training is provided and done once a month. There is bonus that only a few people make but it is easy to get the bonus. priority is not equally given to employees.

Great culture!
Its a fast paced growing organization where you can learn alot. We often get a chance to deal with senior management. They are quite humble and easy to approach. The company is expanding its operations into different organizations - again, great platform to learn.I like my team, my manager is awesome. No micro management. Flexibility to work from home.

Unequal opportunity/ manipulative work environment
Very manipulative work environment. During the interview, you are told by the managers that there are unlimited opportunities to earn extra money + perks if you book more appointments. However, here is how it works: the quicker you call the potential customer after they have made an online request, the higher the chance you stand in booking that appointment. However the queue that allows you to call those new leads is strictly controlled by the managers, and they decide who to give that opportunity to. Thus making it an “unequal” opportunity workplace, because from the very beginning of your training it has already been decided who will they favor, and throughout training, that person is singled out, given special attention, and is put in the new lead queue (right away), putting him at an advantage above others. That person is also encouraged to seek advancement within the company by becoming a Certified Insurance Agent, which requires you to have a high appointment conversion rate, in order to be eligible. While the rest of the team members are left to make all the dead-end calls that only lead to voice mails and no appointments, therefore making it a somewhat very discriminatory work environment. Not that I cared that they had their favorites, but I'd appreciate it if they were more upfront about their approach to employee management, and I wouldn't have bothered accepting their job offer. I left in less than 1 month. It is a good place to work if you are looking for a part-time flexible opportunity and don’t mind all the lies and manipulations. But if you want a full-time job opportunity in a good company known for its honesty, integrity and high moral values, this isn’t the right place for you! Best of luck!
