Innomar strategies misrepresents itself as a company that values its employees. Many relatively trivial initiatives are used to support this notion. Its human resources management practices with regards to entry-level employees reveal an unfortunate intention of exploiting labour with the sole intention of driving profits. I was provided very minimal training, being deprived of the training that the organization states they typically provide and blamed for the result of being poorly-prepared to perform my job duties from the beginning. I am absolutely shocked by the degree of nepotism in this company, to the point where I was the only new entry-level employee that was hired solely based on my own merits. My observation is that a lack of professionalism is tolerated due to connections and seniority. I therefore have lost confidence in my ability to succeed in this company based on my demonstrated abilities and my true potential. If you are experienced in the role at Innomar you are applying to and if you are a nine-to-fiver who is happy to simply work hard for a paycheque without expecting anything else, your experience might be different.
