Very poor management not professional at all! Manager sharing her personal affairs during work time with her favourites associates!! Lots of Favoritism!! Have to be friend with Manager she likes gossips then will get all the benefits!! Harassment from Assistant Program Manager not qualified at all!! Be careful!

Hureble unprofessional manager, no work/life balance

Very unprofessional nursing management specifically business area managers who never knows what to do. They usually works against company's benefits by giving hard time to their team until they leave.
HR team is usually team up with the management against employees. No support even for your obvious rights.
That was a good place to work a year ago but right now many experience nurses looking for somewhere else.

As a growing company, there have been some growing pains, but Innomar is quickly adapting to a leading employer while not only making the patient first, but caring about the employee providing this care.

Total Rewards and compensation are competitive, The Wellness team offers a number of events that show this company cares, although the lead team could be more involved.

A very friendly work culture with lots to do and learn in order to grow with the company - for the right candidate who is driven to want to learn this business of many outlets, whether a call centre environment, working with insurance providers for reimbursement, to patient care. The best part is knowing you are making a difference!

Do not work for this company!
Contract pharmacist (Ancien employé) –  Edmonton, AB1 juin 2019
Not informed of the duties I would be tasked with as a pharmacist: standing in a +32 deg C stuffy, poorly lit, dirty warehouse checking rx's all day for embarrasingly low wages.

When asked if I could bring a standing fan into the warehouse to make the temperature bearable, was told it was unsafe. This coming from the manager who did nothing to rectify bare wires hanging outside the fridges that twice smelled burnt. This also coming from a manager that allows broken chairs to be used by staff. One chair broken to the point that if one were to sit on it you you would end up on the floor, yet staff were expected to sit in it to print waybills. Another broken chair sitting in the lunch room (aka closet).

Poorly running fridges that constantly break down, requiring cold chain orders to be moved over and over again. Disorganized procedures and minimal communication.

Manager and company does not appear to care about the temporary contractors - take advantage of primarily Canadian newcomers who won't likely raise concerns with the horrendous working conditions.

Manager does not support staff when they are "yelled at" over the phone from a colleague in another city due to small meaningless errors on packing slip. Several staff reported being "put in their place" by this colleague, yet the manager does nothing.

Witnessed a contractor get fired yesterday after 2.5 days for a packaging error that most likely was not her fault. Yes, the worker had a bit of an attitude, but only because she was also not informed that as a pharmacy assistant required to have +++ experience
  plus... with Kroll, pharmacy billing, etc , she would be sticking labels on products and packing boxes for delivery all while being paid minimum wage. Manager could have easily listened to her concerns and encouraged a more positive attitude, but instead chose to fire this person without so much as a warning.

This contractor was told she would not be paid for her 2.5 days of work as she "broke the contract".

I suggest one strongly considers a trial period of 1 week if you are offered a position with this company.

Nice change of pace for nurses, horrible management

The job itself was enjoyable though becomes repetitive and a bit boring over time. Daily work consists of seeing patients in their home or the clinic and providing education and medication administration. Coworkers were amazing and made daily work life fun and enjoyable. Management is awful, as is much of the communication provided (or not provided) to employees. There is a tendency to "throw people under the bus", and management seem to look for someone to lay blame on vs. looking at the bigger systemic issue. I did enjoy my time with the company, but near the end I had enough of the issues mentioned above.

WORST MANAGEMENT- not worth your time and effort here

Poor and unprofessional management, no proper training or work evaluation. Shared an office with people who watched netflix during their shifts, wear PJs to work and bring their blankets to nap! LOTS of office politics and gossiping.

HR is incompetent, hard to reach and simply does not care about employees issues or special requests.

Terrible office management, warehouse manager runs office poorly with very low budget. We had to bring our own cream and milk for our coffee! As well as, our own stationary items! No joke.

Management at Innomar: Poor morale. Lack of understanding, accountability, motivation and does not provide feedback.

With the constant change, managers are bullies who ask for too many things to get done, don't follow up or praise hard work and will throw you under the bus simply because they personally don't like you (or for bringing attention to existing issues).

Employee survey was taken last year, where 80% of employees found issues with their management, yet NOTHING changes!

The worst place to work! AVOID AT ALL COST!
