Get rid of upper Management that got up there because "they know someone" and not by experience or merit. Favoritism should be banned and accountability implemented. Lots of people including Management get away frequently and of course the front people are always the ones to blame and pay for others mistakes.

Value work of employees. HR should not side only with Management should listen to both sides Should reform Managers and employed qualified and experienced Teamlead and Manager. People get promotion not base on merit- not fair.
