Great job for someone ambitious
This job could be awesome or not the best depending on who you are, I think. Some people there did extremely well and make lots of money from the commissions - one girl made $8,000 in two weeks. But there is somewhat of a turnover rate because some people don't do near that well. There is no cold calling and but you have to call the leads out of their database and set up the appointments yourself. The management and training are awesome and the product is great. I just think that it is more for self-motivated, driven, ambitious people rather than people who are more inclined to a 9-5 type thing. I think if you have a bit more life experience it would help too. A lot of their reps were lazy and only worked 5-10 hours a week and no one really forces you work so if you don't put in a full-time week it's possible you wouldn't qualify for the monthly base. Also you don't get paid hourly, only monthly (unless you make sales, then it is weekly).

This company lures you in with talk of great money and great hours. They tell you that the company makes the appointments for you, that it's not a sleazy door-to-door sales job. What they
dont tell you is that only the top guys (they only have 1 in saskatoon) get the company appointments. The rest have to drum up their own customers. All lies, don't trust this company.

Great Experience and Training
I only did this job for a month, but I'm glad I did. I learned a lot about customer service, psychology, and sales, as well as water quality and water technology. I found the training kind of hard but it was good experience and I made good bonuses in my first two weeks. At the end of the day I just didn't feel like it was a good fit for me but they gave me a good reference. I wouldn't recommend this job if you aren't self-motivated becuase they don't really force you to work, you just work as much or as little as you want.

Loving it
I have worked for the company for a few months and I really like it. I'm making better money than I made at my old job and I enjoy the work. The hardest part of the job is getting outside your comfort zone. The most enjoyable part of my job is helping people with their water and solving problems. Their water filtration products are high quality and all of my clients are extremely happy with their purchase.

its a great job, i love it. most csr's only work about 4 hours a day which is kind of nice in the summer and you get to work as much or as little as you want. i made $4,000-5,000 every month my first 3 months. the only negative feedback I have is that i feel like they think everybody can be good at the job, and i think it takes some innate skill (not just learned). also they push you really hard in training, it's pretty tough.

Mass hiring equals mass firing.
Stay away. This company hires as many people they can a couple times a year. So they can sell to there friends and family. Then terminate their contract before they have to pay base. Every negative comment made on this page my group experienced. You should also read Facebook reviews before wasting your time with this company.

Almost a scam
The work is very long and difficult and there is no guarantee whatsoever that you will get payed, most people will not succeed at this job because it' not designed to make people succeed.

Terrible Please Don't Get Tricked.
They tell you to give them a month, then don't give you a chance. You can meet quotas and spend 24/hrs thinking and working on everything they give you and they will still let you go, terminating the contract of you and every single person you got hired with, without reasoning. They will say you are too kind or care too much about people. They will tell you that you aren't a sales person and that you are here to teach people about water. Before they push you on all your family and friends calling it a practice weekend which then expands into refferal week (no cold calling because they want you to earn your strips) they will tell you to earn them it's about appointments. In reality it's about sales sales sales, if you are great at hassling people and family, as well as putting them in that rough spot this job is perfect for you. You'll work a week 10-6 of training as their desired location in or out of the city. Then start your practice weekend. Then refferal week. I didn't make it past here obviously just because I went into the 1-2pm appointment to see all of my co workers I had grown so close with all get "let go" there was 25 of us.. oringally 40 .. they cancel your contract out before they have to pay you and still will contact you and try and call your family and friends that you got as refferal a and call them..

Young out going company growing rapidly
I have been with the company for over 16 months.Hands down the most rewarding job I have ever had. A typical day is what you make of it, Because you do not have a time clock to punch or a foreman barking out orders. Individual maturity is all that is required to succeed at this. Prove yourself and everything is very rewarding. Management is always supportive and willing to lend a helping hand to get you off to a successful career. If you enjoy helping others and are willing to invest time in yourself you can find out just how rewarding this is.

A typical day is:

10am-noon - working on your own laptop/phone calls.

Noon-2 pm - Meeting/training at the office

2-6 pm - Meeting with customers who are interested in the water system to talk about the system and test their water.


This company is a lot of fun to work for. Some of the top employees make tons of money, but not everyone does. The staff is awesome and it is a really fun work environment. Training was 10/10 and I learned a lot.


The only downside is that the first 2 or 3 months is hard because there's so much to learn - technical stuff about water, about the system, etc. Another downside is that I think it might not be for people who aren't self-motivated because you can basically go home/leave work any time you want so it's easy to get lazy as you aren't being supervised a lot of the time.

Creative and Stimulating Atmosphere
It is a good company. The product is way better than Culligan's and the staff is very helpful. I like that they support charity. The work at times was harder than I expected though. In my first week they pushed us really hard.

Amazing people to work with
A typical work day for me usually begins at 1pm. It starts with a manger lead meeting with all available reps. We have the freedom of coming into the office or participating remotely.
I have learned many principles pertaining to building relationships with potential and current customers.

Infinite Water Solutions Management care about all people and walk the talk. They have extremely positive attitudes and have exemplified this in all their interactions with me. They are extremely dedicated in helping everyone succeed with job specific education, support and encouragement. Because management are positive, the culture in the workplace is always positive. The hardest part of my job is to lead myself regarding time management. The most enjoyable part of my job is sharing the Rolls Royce standard of the water purification industry.

Don't waste your time or money
I worked for this company and would not recommend it to anyone. First off they lie on the ad as to what you get, you go through a week long training that is UNPAID!!! To get business you are Cold Calling where they advertised no cold calling. You have no base salary, no secretary, no business cards were given.

Typical day would be cold calling customers, driving out to their place with your vehicle and gas. You only get paid if they buy a system. If not then it's all out of your pocket. No benefits come with the job at all.


The management seem to want to help, but nothing really comes out of it. You mostly work from home but don't have a guarantee monthly income unless you can find people to buy the system.
