They invited us for a huge group interview, had a screening bit where they asked the famous "Tell me about yourself" questions, split us up into large groups and gave us an exercise to do to see how we can work as a team, then they did another exercise to see how we'd sell something to someone although its done indirectly - Pick a product that matters to you and say why to a partner then pick a product based on what your partner likes and say why you picked it. I was also asked what I was reading at the moment.
It depends on the labor and the store you work at. But most years there is a very good chance if you put in hard work and dedication.

My friend had a "video interview" first, though I didn't have to do one, so it likely varies by the position you're applying for. Either way, if you pass, you'll get invited to a "meeting" (it's an interview); in my case, it took them 21 days to contact me, but again, will probably vary. The meeting lasted for two hours, but as interviews go, it's pretty laidback (that is, if you're not internally panicking like I was, haha). They'll ask you to fill out an availability sheet, too. Make sure you're available for as much as possible because that's what they'll be basing (most of) their decision on. Be personable, and listen carefully to what the other candidates have to say.
