Opening of new accounts, cross selling of various products, making phone calls to customers for updating with the latest remittance rates and currency conversions. I have learned basic banking operations and bank products and the guidelines of Canadian banking system. It has a strong management highly qualified and experienced. Very friendly,helpful and understanding co-workers. The enjoyable part of the job is when a customers is fully satisfied with the products and service.
