I worked in IBM as Technical services specialist. We are supporting and administrating offshore client Data Center specifically Linux, Solaris, Windows, Web application and Messaging environment.

Felt like we where drones and management was clueless. We where the phone support for the Canada Post EST program. One good thing ,no weekends.
