Love to work in a fast paced environment. I am leader by nature and loves to motivate others to grow. Company is really helpful and if you are hardworking and motivated, there will be plenty of chances to grow yourself within no time.

IBM is one of best companies because they are always looking to innovate and hire the best talent. I was interviewed by 2-3 professionals and I got my laptop and access card on day one. My job was to modernize the existing application and I had to present my ideas professionally to a group of 7-10 Architects with in first week of joining. I loved the culture of innovation and motivation there.
IBM provides a very secure Job experience which resulted in working in a environment lacking creativity and Innovation. This might not be true to all the projects in IBM. But the project i worked hit a creativity wall.
A typical day at IBM would be very focused. With Customer satisfaction as the number one priority - The job environment is very focused. Management is very friendly and approachable. Workplace culture is casual The challenging tasks that you encounter is the enjoyable part of your day.

It was a great company, well managed, with a lots of opportunities Monitored kiosks and remoted support for agents at gates and checkin. It was well managed, and I learned a lot about office enviroment. The most enjoyable part was to help agents solve their problems via remote support.
I am very thankful for the opportunity to be part of a great organization. During this time I was exposed to state of the art products and practices serving critical environments for major clients. Developed long lasting relations with capable coo-workers in various disciplines producing valuable solutions. Had good feedback from all my managers and Project Managers during all this time. professional environment where meeting SLA and maintaining high ticket resolution score are very important objectives
It's a global corporation with many establishments around the world workload varies depend on the client and the SLA with the client, typically heavy workload, may have to stay after work hours just to catch up or to prepare for the next day Co-workers are typically professional but there is bound to be a few co-workers who are not as professional as they should be. Management for the most part are there to make sure the SLA are met. Tickets are very important, and high ticket resolution score means a pat on the back/bonus. On the other hand low ticket resolution score means we need to talk. What I enjoy here is that it's a global company and there are many opportunities and resources with IBM.
