High focus to Customer Care and The Customer Experience. Learned a lot about negotiations, and ways of creating solutions and strategies that will work for client and for the company. Hardest part of the job, is that the political environment plays a big role in the Ontario Utility Industry. Separating the customer's notion of politics and the duties of the companies are at times challenging.
A typical day at work:Was very challenging b/c it was not a real friendly environment, it was about doing your job and that's it.What you learned:How important it is to have a community environment on the job.Management:Was disconnected with the front line.Your Co-workers:Did not project a happy working environment as well.The Hardest part of the job:Is coming into work where the energy is not welcoming.The most enjoyable part of the job:When payday arrived.
