Back stabbing useless union terrible moral always fear of losing job not worth worrying about RIP off public with inflated hydro rates better to go off grid cheaper in the long run
The job itself and pay were amazing but the office dynamics are horrible. The stress levels the office creates are through the roof. Also to get full time it will take approximately 7 years of contracts and layoffs.
organized and friendly work environment, my favorite job that I have had by far. In-depth training and an eye for safety on the job site at all times
