Has the negative high turn over rate of employment culture of Husky changed from the early 1990's to today?
- Upper management is really resistant to change. They are trying to do a "business as usual" approach that I don't think will work in the long run. Instead of adapting to the industry wide changes, not just the tech but also the digital marketing, they are sitting on their hands insisting they don't need to make changes.
- Better paying position, a company with great culture, a good location that can commute to easily, a company with good benefits
