Show up confident and relaxed. You’re friends with the person who is giving your a interview, enjoy the time. Crack some jokes and keep your answers clear and refrain from giving no answer.

Be prepared with knowledge of their product and pop culture in general. If you're interviewing for a management position, know the KPI and inventory stats from your last job. NEVER bring up how you want to work at HT because it's "cool" or because "you've just always wanted to". We hear it every interview. Give a legitimate reason we should hire you.
