Everyone works really hard and as part of a team - it's so awesome to be able to work across cultures, people, and languages!

I will make sure that i have staff in the team that settle and they do not want to leave HostPapa especially in the support department. We have few people with 3+ years in the company, that is not right, people are leaving for better opportunities, which can be offered within HostPapa, job security--- contracts looks short term, if HostPapa can offer permanent contracts that will assure agents a job security, if HostPapa can offer bonuses at least quarterly, that will motivate employee, things look flat as not everyone can be promoted at same time, and it even takes time for other people to be promoted, but a bonus structure will really keep them motivated,
