I was on a year-long contract with Honda after taking a gap year from school. As a result, I was paid full-time contract salary which was beyond anything I could make working another local job. Management and team members were hit and miss depending on your production line. Overall most production workers complained about the strain that consistent production work puts on the body. For the short-term, this was not experienced by myself personally. The company seems like they cared about their employees, they offer amenities like sports leagues, an on-site gym, food court, medical services, and any other HR services you would need. They also do a good job of giving equal opportunity and promoting people from within the organization.
