Worked at the south location, management was incredibly rude and abrasive to guest service representatives. I felt like I was being talked to more like I was a naughty 8 year old as opposed to an adult. Training was not comprehensive enough for the amount of stuff you need to know to work independently and management would become very visibly frustrated with you if you needed clarity on something. GSRs also could not speak to each other on the floor and would be quickly reprimanded for doing so. But floor leads would walk around the store together and you could often overhear them talking trash about all the other staff members. In the month and a half that I was there I saw 5 people quit, 6 including myself. Clearly they haven’t solved their problems because they have new ads for hire almost every week.
