  • Revisit management. Some significant dishonesty and poor treatment of both management colleagues and front line staff. Staff to do as they are told; regardless if it is correct. Workloads of front line are unreasonable.

  • Pay attention to what is happening to your front line staff. When someone is being "let go" be apart of that decision and try work something out, if they are an excellent employee otherwise, then they are worth the fight, worth the investment and worth your time.
