If you're a student looking for flexible hours, or a foot in the door to your field, this is a good job. Since they're commonly understaffed, they will generally hire unqualified people. Within the company, there's much room for advancement (because of high turnover), but many people stay away from moving up because of the tedious workload with very little pay increase.
Forwarning, this job won't train you on site. It's extremely minimal and for the most part, they'll use their employees as bodies until they burnout. To avoid this, you need to beg supervisors to be scheduled with full-time staff who have the patience to train someone. Generally, management would rather blame and dismiss staff who have suggestions or complaints. Additionally, your hours/pay will often be fumbled, getting in touch with company payroll is extremely difficult.

This is a good job if you want extra work, but because of the culture within the company very little full-time staff stay over two years. I would recommend this company for someone's practicum, but no as long-term career.

Supervisors bend the rules a lot to benefit themselves. Clients beat the workers a lot and it is expected to "just take it" as the workplace practice. The company is nice and the staff are pleasant but there are a lot of unprofessional and gossipy people. A lot of nepotism as well. It's a very unsafe place to work depending on your site, and if you work with many relief workers.
