It didn’t take long to get hired but their hiring practices are also questionable. They’ve had Supervisor position turnover quite quickly due to lack of due diligence on their part in interview/hiring process.
They interview (but mostly talk at you rather than find out about you and your skills) and check references, obtain criminal reference check clearance and that’s about it. Beware of misinformation in the interview process of the exact benefits and coverage. Many things are misspoken and if you are unable to advocate for yourself, god luck in advocating for your clients. But when you do advocate for yourself against misspoken details by hiring staff, they look down upon you and hold it against you. They’ve had several threats of legal action and have paid people out to leave quietly. BEWARE...2 months after 2 call interview and 2 onside interviews all with one person
