The company is a for profit company that doesn't want to hear suggestions or implementations do not speak your mind walk on egg shells and keep your mouth shut they will let you go if you challenge anything so don't rock the boat remember they need to keep contracts even at the expense of staff and clients so sad a culture of scared management who brush everything under the rug for fear of losing the contract.......boo...scared and pathetic

They hired me on the spot.
Went in, filled out forms, worked as relief worker with no benefits or holidays.
There are no positions available except 24 hour shifts if you like working for free.

Yes it requires a background check, through MOJ and MCFD.

You receive mandatory NVCI and First Aid training, which most people forget within a few weeks. Houses won't train you, everyone is overworked and tired. As relief--you cover people from all houses, you're being contacted at all times to come to work, constantly asked to learn new regimes of different houses/clients--yet you're treated with the least respect and dignity.

It was terrible. you were left alone and management would not be there to help you in times of need and crisis.

It varies from program to program but there is a real positive culture supported by agency days, company wide picnic and holiday parties
