No appreciation whatsoever for the efforts and hard work one puts in at this property. No breaks, all talk and no implementation. Stressful atmosphere, people are happy to throw you under the bus and pass the buck to everyone else .
It is a fun place to work at there are allot of team players workingThere and it is a company that notices and celebrates your hard work On a regular basis
Not allot of space for staff members to move around
A fast paced environment in both sales and other departments at the hotel with 451 guestrooms, full service restaurant, indoor swimming pool and over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space to serve an array of clients, both domestic and international.
Everyone I dealt with at the Holiday Inn were very professional. The main focus was ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. At the same time, management was always supportive of their associates.
Monthly free lunches

Work alone do a lot of work but its pretty routine and simple. Good place to work for super junior people but Id suggest doing internships rather than working at a hotel during your summer
slow times where you can study/chill
Management sucks big time. They will only hire you if they think they can take advantage of you. If you let them you will get the worst shifts, either barely any or back to back shifts with no sleep or food. The pay is the absolute worst as well
bad pay, bad hours, the WORST management

Most of the people at the company are great, and joined the company because they want to work for a place that makes a difference. The benefits are okay, and the company supports the idea of work-life balance.
The culture is amazing is the environment breeds success & hence is infectious in a positive way for new comers- A lot of Autonomy hence making you take decisions & also hold accountability for the same- A lot of training & development needs were addressed- Sabbatical were also made available for those willing- All in all great management & a culture which breeds lead by example set the tone for success- Amazing portfolio of brands to carry to the market place- Dominant player with 70% Market share-
long work hours combined with late nights
Working in a hotel is a very satisfying experience, since you get to meet so many people from all over the world, and you get to learn about many different cultures. The days can vary, depending on how busy the hotel is, and can be quite stressful & demanding, whereby one has to be able to multitask, and do a lot of different tasks, such as answer phones, make reservations, check in and out guests, etc. all in the same time frame.
meeting, interacting, & providing great service to guests
