It is a good environment, where the point is to give good attention to the client who is satisfied with the treatment from the entrance of the hotel until when he leaves it, leaving a good impression so that in the near future he returns to the hotel
Awful management. Stressful job, overworked and sometimes you don’t even have time for a break. Constantly forced to do overtime even if you have commitments after work and management doesn’t give adequate notice. Not a nice work environment, everyone here is miserable.
Hotel hours suck you may finish a shift at 11:30pm and start at 6:00am the next day. The director was verbally abusive to some employees. The pay was ok. Culture sucks not a happy place to work everyone was negative and hates working there

Excellent équipe d'entretien ménager Travail de 8:30 - 17h 30 min de repas non payée 30 min de pause payée mais on n'a pas le temps de les prendre Les superviseurs sont gentis 14 chambres a faire par jour. Des fois difficile de faire les 14 chambres a temps

this hotel is a learning curve for everyone who works there. rooms and banquet rooms were not in the best shape but its reputation sold itself. Not a bad place to work
good place to work for. budgets always an issue for them. that' becoming hard to get supplies for repair and maintenance of the place.seems like a greed is in the way.

The management is very good, the people are nice, I have some friends there and we spent many days having fun and working. I learned to work with different kind of persons and I learned to respect the others and myself in the same time.
a typical day would be coming in early 4-5 hours before the event the event to make sure everyone is aware of tasks and to run smoothly throughout the night.
