Love working here.people are fantastic,competitive wage. Benefits are good. Insurance could be a little better. On top of the covid pandemic went through a switch of the management company.as much as all this means to me I’ve got to get back to work.
Working for Hilton is the same as most hotel groups, lots of hardwork, lots of unpaid overtime, never enough staff because pay and conditions are so poor no life outside working because you can never plan anything because you never really know what next week will bring.

Work in Hilton Belfast for over 7 year as a chef good place lole any job is good great days and bad but good place to be staff there great manager's with easy to get on with plus it's got great kitchens .................................................. .

Is trying to keep your staff happy with over working them for low pay and me working 60+ hours a week so they can get a day off because thats the type of person i am. i would rather work 7 days a week so my team members can have a day off

no chef over worked staff. hard to keep staff happy with low wages
Shift work, flexibility. learned new skills, updated required training. Long hours often short staffed, busy restaurant. Met good friends and generally requests were met.

well always happy when i come to work and everyday is try to do some thing nice which can make our guests happy i learned a lot from my seniors lobster ink, Hacp etc, my co workers are nice we work like a team when i get first time employ of the year

Good teamwork all around. Great company benefits. Very busy place with C&E (e.g. weddings, conferences), corporates and leisure guests. People that work there are the greatest asset to the company.

I worked for Hilton Worldwide a a sous chef for three years.I truly enjoyed this experience,the benefits were generous.I love travel and their program for staying at Hilton properties enriched my life skills.
