Some issues with management. No possibility for advancement.Some bullying that never gets resolved. Work pressure is very high. Most people make near minimum wage.

Customer service representative at Hilton hotel was a job that gave me the essential customer service skills I now possess. I enjoyed the people I worked with as well as the management. The hardest part of the job was when the hotel would get overbooked and people would take their anger out on customer service. I left Hilton because I wanted to pursue nursing.

its a job that never sleeps. the hotel is open every day all day/night long. the pay is minimum wage & salaried jobs???? you get abused and very little rewards

They take the time to know their employees and are very approachable to talk to.
if you like fast paced atmosphere this is the place for you
