I strongly believe inbound manager has no respect for the company , he needs to learn the basics of knowing how to interact with people on a whole. respecting his staff ,and train them to treat others with respect , drivers gets the brunt of it all . they really don't seems to understand that drivers are key to the company's success. highlight needs to stop abusing there drivers financially and verbally . when people are happy they often feel the need to want to do more.
