Too many grumpy negative people that are poison to the workplace environment. Toxic workplace, bad attitudes, hr coordinator doesn't perform fair investigations, they want you to do other jobs like machine op but not pay you accordingly for this type of work, extremely poor planning leaves employees with no work for weeks, mostly standing around being told to "pretend to clean" Workplace violence policy is a joke, people have been known to be aggressive and continue to work there.
The company has a huge problem in management. The Pay Sucks. No Bonuses as promised. A lot of broken promises and lies to employees. Fire a lot of good people. Maximum 20 cent raises annually. Management does NOT care about their employees. Morale is at an all time low with employees. Look elsewhere if you want to be happy.
Company was good when first started now NO PROS.
EVERYTHING. Pay. Management.morale.treatment of workers. Loyalty. Job security.
The work environment at High Park Company is excellent, professional, responsible, they continually improve their knowledge of work processes on the production line, they give weekly guidance to workers on safety, use of equipment and tools, on the proper use of work clothes, that is, they take care of every detail of the different tasks that are carried out in the work area, imply awards for the best workers and motivate them to give new ideas to improve the work environment as well as optimize production lines.
The CEO has an inflated salary which is hard to imagine in such trying times. They made a tactical business decision to fire 150 employees instead of adjust costs elseware. No perks unless your an exec. Very disorganized overall, they often jump the gun on projects and work before fully resolving what needs to be done to properlly implement.

Long hours, disorganized management, no respect for employees
