There is no harassment policy except for the statement that joking around was not considered harassment. Working there was a daily interrogation by some co workers
Small company feel
HOSTILE working enviroment with the attitude "do as I say not as I do". If you are not accepted as a person you are treated very unfairly. Makes all the sense as to why there is such a high turn over in staff which "management" chooses to avoid. Call center "manager" is not a people person which reflects the way staff is treated.
Fantastic experience and my first in the automotive industry. Fast pasted and lots of learning to be had but it's something that you might enjoy if you're an outward and outgoing person and enjoy working in a very team oriented.
