- A typical day for a developer The company uses Agile, scrum. So you work on your tickets on a 2 week sprint plan. You are not overloaded and unless there are a lot of unknowns, you should be able to complete your tickets. If you have problems with something, slack is being used to spark up some discussion or you talk so someone in person. Everyone is happy to help out when they can. Great bunch of co-workers. - Management The company used to be called Mintec. Management was shallow so it was easy to talk to upper management since often, they were your direct boss. After the buy out from Hexagon we are now part of a huge public company with a very deep management structure. Environment and culture of the company has deteriorated in comparison to what it was.
