Working for Helcim has been the best experience that I've had in my professional life. Every member of the company is eager to come to work each day and are on the same page looking to innovate and excel all the way from the CEO to the newest employees. I am impressed constantly with the diversity of the company along with the respect and time from management as you are not just another employee but rather an important member of the team. There is an open door policy and you are welcome to ask questions or give feedback at any time. There are great wages, benefits, generous vacations, profit sharing and stock options that give incentive for all of the hard working people who are looking to make a change in the industry. On top of that they will make a yearly charitable donation to a cause of your choice, snacks, a company gym, free lunches twice a month, staff outings and a casual dress code.

I feel very lucky to be working at such an incredible company with so much potential. It's so easy to be personally invested in its success and its mission. Coming to work every day is a pleasure and I never have the feeling of dread that it's another work day.

Helcim is a great place to work. The overall work environment is very friendly as Helcim has a solid company culture and great people (really, the best part is the people). The executive management works along side everyone every day helping out, so rest assured there is no bureaucracy here. I have been given many opportunities for growth within the company, even when the company is smaller. This company believes in its people.

As far as perks and amenities go: Snacks, free coffee, team lunches, team events, profit share/bonuses, generous stock options program, office gym, competitive salary & more.

In my experience, working at Helcim has meant feeling like everyday is working towards an inspired future with a team of people who are happy to be in this together. Our aspirations are high but leadership recognizes efforts and supports ambitious goals.

Going to work and being surrounded by positive, diverse and interesting team mates is a gift. Being able to be yourself is a given - which has not been true of several offices I've worked in. And I got to donate all of my sad business casual clothes!

I have been at Helcim for over 2 years and definitely don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Helcim has a great culture - we know how to work hard but have fun while doing it. Our leaders are very positive and approachable, they always make time for their team members. Very happy to be part of team!

The team is very friendly and supportive, they make it easy to come to work every day. They are also all very skilled and talented people so there are a lot of opportunities to learn from one another and take on new projects that will advance your skills. The leadership team is very involved and approachable, making it easy to work with them or bring up questions when they arise. The Profit Share and compensation structure make it so team members are invested in and rewarded by company success. Generous vacation policy, office snacks/lunches, and company t-shirts for an easy dress code are all positives.

The leadership is atrocious rather than taking the time to help employees everything is constantly monitored and if you make a mistake that error is often dictated to you in the worst possible way.

NOT once will they ask you how you are doing and how can they help what kind of management is this?


Leadership will often ask you to work through your lunch or stay late because they can't manage assigning work correctly. Employees will often have to work late without any overtime pay or banked time.


I have seen great employees be terminated for no reason at this company and this company would rather allow management to be dictators to the employee's and terminate them it's an awful culture to be a part of.


I have seen certain employees be bullied by the leadership staff and sent more work on purpose that would force them to stay late.


More people are leaving and don't want to stay because of the way the people who are supposed to be in charge are running the departments.


Even employees who write truthful reviews will be punished in some sort of way I am disappointed in this company.

We are sorry to hear this is your perception of Helcim, the concerns you raised in your review do not align with the company and culture the team is working hard to build.

Our team has grown very quickly (over 200% in the last 2 years), but we are still a small team working on large projects with big goals for the future. While this may mean that some days the hours are long and the work is demanding, we have prioritized rewarding employees for their efforts with competitive salaries, health benefits, stock options, and profit share. In addition to the opportunities to relax and unwind with the team at events, free lunches, bowling, movies, barbecues, and lots of paid vacation time.


Honest and transparent communication is a priority for every member of the management team. This is why the managers and executive team spend time having one-on-one meetings with team members, regular interdepartmental meetings as well as putting together presentations and organizing the company-wide quarterly meetings so everyone can be updated on what the different departments are working on and the projects that are being completed.


When hiring team members, we are looking for people who are collaborative and willing to learn and grow alongside their colleagues so the entire team can stay focused on the exciting plans we have for the future. The leadership team is committed to building a company culture where people can’t wait to come to work each day and if you have concerns that are impacting your ability to do that, the leadership team’s doors are always open.

No proper training is provided in order for you to become successful in your job. You will be thrown in and when asking for help they will send you a support article to figure out things yourself. Management micro manages listens to every call and will pull you into a room and scrutinize every wrong thing you do rather than providing positive feedback.

They will often overload you with work that can’t be handled in one day and instead of helping you suggest that you work overtime with no pay. They have unqualified people in management roles that have no idea what they are doing.


Retail hours including evenings and weekends and yes even Sundays. They will also make people work statutory holidays. No room for growth at this company and horrible company culture. They will make you watch videos to show how great the company culture is which is a complete lie there is no communication between departments and often fighting. This is an awful company avoid at all costs.

This really doesn’t sound like a fair review of our company - we are disappointed to hear this is your perception of Helcim.

The leadership team is constantly analyzing data and processes, and reviewing team feedback in hopes of making continuous improvements to our workflows and environment. We schedule regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide constructive feedback and engage in two-way discussions that help everyone on the team perform better. In order to build and maintain our A+ team, we believe in candid feedback in the pursuit of improvement and open communication – and when the team rallies together and delivers something amazing (which they often do) – robust encouragement! It is our belief in a flat and open management structure and constructive conversations that will help us reach our goals and continue to have a company where awesome people enjoy their work and solving problems with their colleagues.


The expectations and work hours for our positions are clearly noted on our job ads, interviews, and employment agreements. This position was probably not the best fit for you if working weekends from time to time did not align with your schedule. While some days are busier than others, most of the time the customer service team is able to leave on time with their work complete, and unlike many customer service jobs, we pay our team members a great salary (not hourly) and give them days off back to back so they can make plans and find time to rest. By treating our team well, we hope they are in the best position to give our customers the A+ experience
