We actually have an extensive pre-employment screening process to ensure we are finding the best people with the best fit for our positions. It is very important to us that we have strong teams to maintain and exceed the quality and standards of work we strive for.
Our pre-employment screening process includes a survey which is inclusive of safety and behavioral competencies, an interview, reference checks, provision of a criminal record check, driver's license and driver's abstract with a minimum of a 3 year record, drug and alcohol screening and a fitness evaluation to ensure you are able to meet the physical demands of your position.
