Great place for Mens fashion as they specialize in a great variety of brands and a great selection on suits and athleisure.

Pros:

Great compensation. Opportunity to meet a lot of great clients. Great colleagues for the most part. Great employee discount.


Cons:

Lack of support system. Sales philosophy consists of mangers and associates selling, which creating a conflict of interest. Lack of integrity displayed by certain associates goes unpunished as long as the sale is made. Lack of work/life balance. Lack of employee acknowledgement.

The first interview is a phone call with a recruiter from the head office, the second - in-person interview with a general manager (store manager), and the 3rd one with a regional director. about 2-3 weeks from applying to job offer.

I would work from open to close everyday, two days off. Around 40 hours per week.

This company is a Canadian institution. An authority for menswear and benchmark of service.
That bring said, walking by the Eaton Centre store the other day. The styling in the windows is getting a little long in the tooth. I understand traditional styling but I think Harry needs to speak to its next market, or it runs the risk of not surviving looking for its next market.
