If you need a paycheck, go ahead. If you want a life, HPS management cares little for that. Constant mandatory overtime leaves no room for personal issues. Management only cares about production and deadlines. Personal emergency? Too bad. Those are not allowed. However there is more than enough favoritism and bias to go around. Someone’s harassing you in any way? Don’t worry, management will ignore it and allow it to continue. I’ll never darken their doorstep again. Unless you’re desperate, I suggest you don’t either.

I am able to come to work and perform the duties I feel need to be done that day, I am not given assignments. I am asked for specific information from time to time with short notice but not very often. When other locations have issues they call me for advice. I do not travel though as my supervisor wants to do all the travelling.
Sweep things under the carpet instead of dealing with it. Gives your positions away underneath you. Good luck getting training it’ll take 6 months for them to even think about training. They’re more worried about getting their products out the door rather than their employees.
Work 6 days a week, Slack on training, Supervisor just walks and gossips and doesn’t do her job, Slack on dealing with harassment issues.
