A typical day would be to confirm/ reschedule appointments, deal with high volume of telephone calls, schedule appointments, assist the tax professionals, database updates. Learned how to multi-task. The hardest part of the job was to try and fix other people's mistake in the schedule. I enjoyed meeting new people and interacting with clients when there was delays.
Good work but low pay and you feel like a 3rd wheel with the older women that work seasonally for them every year. Tax preparers are either veterans or somewhat needy and disrespectful towards you. They offer the course so anyone can learn how to do what they are doing.

You're not going to get ahead by working here. if you need an average, seasonal job I would give it a try but other than that it's just average. the company overall is about making a profit and not about the actual clients.
