Easy and very fun, there is a lot of things to do , great environment especially for 16-21 years old people who like retail . I would definitely recommend it to people

constantly working

The managers used to be great. I loved working there I really did until the new managers came in we always had new managers and now h&m has managers that don’t know how to manage. Always extremely stressed. we have 4 managers and 2 of them are really good but the other ones make me want to quit.

it's an okay job for high schoolers.

good coworkers that's about it. this is a good starter job for high schoolers that's about it, no room for growth, fast-paced, highly stressful location.

Great coworkers

Very friendly staff. The management team is great and always there to help and support. They are very flexible with scheduling and are very understanding of priorities.

Interesting and fun people to work with within the H&M culture

Management needs a serious revamp; aside from that, it is a fairly well-ranked place to work in my books. You meet some really great part-time sales advisors, who are like-minded like yourself, allowing for a better work experience

Competive workplace

Amazing people to work with, pretty outgoing and social people. Have weekly snacks and food in the staff lounge. Managers are pretty calm and outgoing and understanding.

A typical day at work would be managers pointing and treating you as a child when they want to throw their work on you. Managers treat employees like slaves, write ups are given as an excuse for managers when they are not fond of you. Minimum wage job that gives you a raise based on perforance every year, which managers deny once the year arrives. Staff is mistreated and used to do tedious tasks managers dont want to do.

Fun work place

Enjoyable work place, nice benefits, responsible training procedures. Average hours for retail, hardest part of the job is the high turn over rate- constantly training without compensation.

Standard retail The Xmas parties are fun but you dont get to be creative with displays. Overtime was good as i worked part time and the atmosphere was fun

My job extends out into the world of one on one in fast paced fashion consumerism. It has it's highs and lows, and I have been doing it for many years.

typical day at work

the most enjoyable part of my job is meeting new and interesting people everyday co workers are a joy to work with its like a big family management is easy to get along with ive learned to work independently efficiently and focus on the task assigned .

Strong team. Great staff. Good communication with management. Annual reviews. Room for promotions and salary increase.

You can do better.

This company values sales more than its employees. Despite the fact that I worked as a customer service representative (basically resolving complaints) it was impossible to advance within the company without making sales targets that were never discussed prior to commencing with the company.Original ideas for improving current policies were completely ignored, even discouraged by management.Co-workers were over-qualified, intelligent, genuinely nice people.
