Adding value with whatever you are doing, it's an achievement and upliftment your skills in order to improve efficiency and think fast enough, when you're happy with your job

Overall it is ok. Good structure and co-workers with many possibilities of movement within the company. Unfortunately company values declining over the years to money/profits first and staff/family 2nd.
Less family oriented, turning very corporate
Worked there for 2 months in their new body shop facility and i could tell you that the manager does not know anything about bodywork nor how to run a collision shop. Upper management is even worse because they are the ones that promoted him from within. Since when does a parts manager know anything about bodyshop business? Anyhow worst experience of my life and I would not advise anyone to work for a groupe that is so disorganized.
To much to list

Overall this is a great place to work. Everybody is very positive and helpful. If i didn't know how to do something i could always count on a more experienced coworker to show the way. Pay was good and I felt like there was a possibility to advance through the company
Amazing Job with great salary and extremely knowledgable and caring staff. Spinelli had some of the best management I've ever had the pleasure of working under. Really made me feel genuinely cared for as a employee.
Had my own lift and provided a tool box
Nice atmosphere and great people. But the position I was in was not always recognized and appreciated by the salesman or service managers. I love doing surveys but did not like to do the appointment reminders because of the lack of organisation
I would stock the parts which we received in the morning, also I would separate them into which department they belonged to. I would supply different types of mechanical and body parts to various garages and dealerships.
Take clients cars to parking space, deliver work oders to mechanics,General dealers cleaning tasks , washing cars, Driving cars to various locations.
Very good company. Hardest part was being outside in the sun cleaning bugs off the white walls( Dealer proximity to a body of water). Most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the shine of a well cleaned car.
Positive work enviorment.
Shortage of work.
The Spinelli group in general is absolutely incredible, as well as extremely supportive. They have taught many important qualities to have when being in sales. As to how to close a deal, how to overcome objections that clients may have. The management is very organized and structured. The hardest part of the job would have to be the instability. The most enjoyable part of the job is everything else, especially the selling and closing aspect.
amazing staff, good pay structure
long hours, unstable
On a typical day at Toyota I was responsible for preparing new vehicles for customers. This included removing plastic packaging and fuelling up the vehicle and ensuring the vehicle was ready to be presented to the customer. I have learn to be very meticulous as well as develop the skills to work under pressure. I have also learn about the various new technologies being used in modern vehicles to achieve higher efficiency, better safety, and to employ better connectivity. My coworkers we very helpful in showing me new techniques as well as knowledge about the car industry. The hardest part of my job would be during busy season where there would be an overwhelming amount of demand and work which made it physically challenging at times. However this was a small price to pay for the privilege of working for such a fast paced environment.
Knowledge on new vehicles technologies
A good place to be where it is both a fast paced and clean enviroment. No of the supervisors are looking over your shoulder constantly or anything negative as such. the garage kept me updated on the latest vehicles. Generally a great place to work especially if you're motivated to constantly learn and take pride in a job well done!
Good garage that treats you well!
Hard to become a permanent employee, no one ever leaves the place!
