POORLY! They dismiss any ideas or concerns you have if they simply don't like you as a person, it doesn't benefit making money, it costs money, or it wasn't their own idea first.
How people were treated/trained, we never had any formal training but would get in a lot of trouble if we weren't up to company standards... impossible if you tell me.
Treat employees with respect and pay them fairly. Have any staff issues dealt with face to face between staff with a manger present. Hire more keepers so the staff are not so over worked and the animals receive better care.
