I had a case against them for labor relations but dropped it as I wasn't planning on going back anyways. The woman I spoke to at labor relations said they have hundreds of complaints and files against them in the system. 🙄 Don't be fooled, you're just another cog in their machine.

Some political issues. Getting some projects done take a lot of collaborating from upper management. If the management could have more lee way to make decisions it could be a great place to work. Can take time to get approvals. It is still a good place to work.
Rewarding, how to communicate with people. Management is supportive of the team members. Fun workplace culture. Stressful when short staffed during busy times. The activities with other team members after work and the interaction with the customers.
Don't waste your time,Don't work here. The stress, harrassment/bullying from supervisors isn't worth it at all. Workers act like supervisors and supervisors act like managers, not to mention the union doesn't help you out either when they say they do,and you pay them to do so.
Management are very involved with employee development and are equally invested in making sure that you are looked after to the best of their abilities. The staff managers are friendly and cognizant of their employee needs and the managers are also approachable and fair.
Poor upper management. Horrible communication all around. Health, safety, and sanitation issues galore. Nothing gets fixed or replaced to allow you to do your job. Pay scale and promotions are flawed. Dont work here.
Going to work.
This was a good place to work many years ago. Once the company went public the place went corporate. The fun & exciting place that you were proud to work for became a corporate mind numbing environment. Many of the executives were let go or left because if these changes. Employees that help start this company were pushed aside. There is a reason for many negative reviews and the amount of negative press the company receives.
If you see ratings with 3, 4 or 5 stars I guarantee it was written by a person in management because nobody that works for them would rate that high. If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Husbands, wives, siblings work and supervise each other. Total conflict of interest.
Too many to list but lack of adequate management is definitely high on the list.
Stay away from this sweat shop. Eversince the Rod Baker took over as CEO this place went down hill. Office morale is extremely low, and employee turnover is extremely high. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to upper management. Most people who have helped built this organization are gone or have been let go. At least the shareholders are happy.
Great wage for a security position and full benefits, a lot of the casinos are union but not all of them, however they still pay around the same wages. Management was excellent and reassuring at all times. After leaving they will still welcome you back with open arms. The company also has a lot of incentives going on.
