What type of interview questions do they ask for a community support worker job?

Have you worked with the elderly before ? , Have you seen someone pass away before? , Can you chart? , Can you work as a team member and bye your self as well without any problems? Do you have a relative or spouse working at gss? If yes where ? Do you know the gss motto ? Are you certified ? Have you had a vulnurable sector check done within 90 days of interview .( police criminal record check and finger printing ) do you have first aid and cpr ? do you talk a-lot ? Do you know how to clean your hands properly ? Have you worked with persons with dementia ?

Not many They would just like to know if your certified and are you not a criminal and are you legal to work there .
