Work here if you have zero desire to learn or put your brain to work. Top heavy with unknowledgable management. Their care in safety only goes as far as P.P.E. prepare to be understaffed, undertrained, overworked, and bandaid fix everything with nothing. I've never seen a more unorganized place in my 15 years of experience.

Entreprise très mal géré par les ressources humaines qui on plein pouvoir sur les embauches , les suspensions et les congédiement. Horaire de travail de 12h en alternance jour et nuit et 1 week-end sur 2 . Syndicat corrompu en partenariat avec les ressources humaines. En gros pour avoir la paix vous devez être un yes man en tout temps même si on ne respecte pas vos droits.

Productive and interesting place to work

Kidd creek is an interesting place to work, the environment there is friendly and out going. I do find they are a few years behind the rest of the mining industry considering the size of the mine and the minerals they are mining, they need to see the waste and management show more interest in the mine and it’s growth.

Horrible group to work for, they care nothing for their employees safety or well being. They create a hostile work environment, pressure you in to unsafe work conditions. When you do report safety issues reasons are found to suspend you and the issue never gets resolved I would not recommend anyone to work for them.

Wonderful experience, good supervisors, long hours and hard work but very well rewarded for it, safety was always before production and provided with the best PPE money could buy no questions asked. Management were very approachable and always went out of their way to give us a hand when they could. Overall a great, safety first company to work for.

Morning safety meeting. Supervisor hands out jobs to be done that day. Worked on Scoops, service vehicle, did underground construction, build bulk heads, shot creating, vent doors. Lots of training, Variety of work. Underground environment was very safe.

I've worked a total of 28 years at this job site. I started as a labour in 1991 and worked my way up to trainer before I became a supervisor. I worked side by side with my crew and always put safety over production. I've always went above and beyond for upper management to give them the production they required.

To bad zero star is not a option. You would think that you could go to work in a safe work environment but not at Glencore. Harassment and bullying is the daily norm coming from upper management and foremans. Production come first before safety and workers are always under threat of being fired. Constantly lying to Worksafe NB and covering up accident. mentally and physically exhausting. extremely toxic environment (Thallium , Lead, Arsenic) and mercury but will tell you we dont have any in the plant STAY AWAY FROM GLENCORE is the best advice i can give

I would give zero stars if I could. Harassment and bullying by management is the daily norm. Unsafe work conditions and they sooner blame the worker than address the problem. Constantly lying to worksafe NB and covering up accidents by lying and destroying evidence. Really can't say enough bad things about this company and it's management team.
