Anyone recently gave interview with Glencore? If yes, what's the typically hiring process that is in place?
Millwright applicant here… first is the aptitude test which you can do on your computer at home, then a 2 hour written theory exam, followed by an in person behavioural interview which takes about 40 minutes. If you do well in those, you’ll be asked to do a practical test in a shop and demonstrate your skills. Last steps are reference check, background check, medical, etc.Posée le 19 décembre 2021
