Les horaires les premiers mois en appel mais cela s'arrange avec l'ancienneté.
I found a friendship that will last a lifetime. We had great management. Then he got laid off. The new management came in. She could care less about our campaign. She had and still has favorites. She always sways their way. No justice or structure. One of the supervisor would rather play boyfriend to one of the employee. If we ask him questions, we feel like we are bothering him.

people at Gexel are treated as if they were just numbers, they stress you out to sell more products and you get rewarded by socks, chocolate, candy or a 5$ gift card from tim. After all, if you're really wanting to grow in a company, just forget about this one.
this is a good place to gain experience but you wouldn't stay there for ever. the managers cant stay focused and calm in stressful situation and put alot of pressure on the employees for no reasons in particular when they cant stand their own boss.. its poorly directed and seem to be improvised half the time. it probably depend on the campaign but most of them are like this.

Une grande équipe avec de l'aide a tout les étapes, l'esprit dynamic est excellent. A large team with help along every step of the way. The dynamic spirit is excellent.
The teamleaders have no real grasp of command or direction. The hours are plentiful and mandatory. The manager max always delegated controversial news announcements to the Team leaders and then has the nerve to be upset at us for voicing our displeasure. They hire teamleaders that have knowledge of computers yet no idea about our products.
Cant trust them
I worked with great people we helped each other, I also had a very helpful manger, he was always there when I needed it.We took courses before becoming a customer agent.They teach us everything we need to know about TV,Cellular,Internet. I loved the experience and I learned a lot.
It was a great place to work. Management team made sure that employees felt comfortable and had the opportunity to progress in the company. Also, as a student, the hours proposed were pretty great.

Most days I get in early so I can get emails done and be ready for the project team meeting. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking with clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, speaking with client to responds to their needs (invoices description, modification & optimization of services, suggest news plan & packages if possible) I do this on daily bases, if client has a technical issu i transfer him to technical support by introducing him to technical agent so that he will be quickly taken in charge, updating customer file after every call. always asking customer if they have any forgotten question so that I can take care of. getting my lunch during lunch time, I use sometimes my break time to verify so customer change services.
days are long, but you can choose to shorten them, depends on you. i learned how to better serve people both individually and corporately. the hardest part of the job is not being able to help all our customers, but at the end of the day you can always go home knowing you did your best.
teamwork is really valorized
long hours, not much fun
