Si vous recherchez un travail ou vous aurez a faire de la production et de l'entrée de données en autant que vous aimiez que cela alors allez-y c'est la bonne place. Sinon n'y aller pas car il n'y a pas de possibilité de promotion a moins d'être friendly avec les boss et les chefs d'équipe.

The upper management go out of their way to get feedback from the employees and are always looking at ways to improve the work environment. Many people in supervisor and management roles started at an entry level position so opportunities for advancement are definitely there. The company president is often seen interacting with the employees in the terminals and cares about the feedback. Always open to suggestions for improvement. They take the time to make sure that they are competitive in their salaries. We also have a great HR team in Quebec.

Certain positions are physically demanding
Good Manager but supervisors do not treat all workers equally. A few workers had anger management problems. The work is physically demanding and you have to pace around the warehouse throughout the shift. Too many misdirected and damaged goods. Workers have to repeatedly bend when placing heavy goods into ropaks throughout the shift and this puts workers at risk of back injury. Lack of respectful communication between co workers. Supervisor is biased when dealing with conflict.

they are not professional and do not value their employee. good job for students since it is flexible but waste of time......................................................
bad company, not professional, always last min, too much errors done by the manager
Completely unprofessional, unorganized, finger pointing attitude. There's maybe less than a handful of people who would actually help in any situation. They treat the contracted drivers like sCRAP. They're only there to give orders and be on the phone
No respect, human decency
While the managers and other employees are great the temp workers make more than the actual hired on employees. When asked about raises or advancement within the company you’re told that raises are not provided and you likely won’t move up in the company. If you’re ok with the pay always being the same than this is the job for you!
This company was completely upside down. You cannot find an employee that would was working for a year or more because people keep quitting. They were not professional at all and allowed an employee to come to work with her kids because she could not find a babysitter. The supervisors are incredibly lazy and do not know what they are doing.
Breakfast on fridays
There is no security of job. Management is not fair and they want you to do extra work for them. They don't talk straight forward and pay is not enough. Physically heavy lifting and fast environment. If you are fast and finish your work early then they are keep adding work to you.
You have to be able to trust your employer that what they promise is what they are going to deliver no matter what. I was disappointed in the end, leaders became followers.
payout of commission took 3 months
Une énorme faille au niveau des opérations qui pouvait être corriger par l'embauche de personnes qualifiés au niveau de la gestion du personnel administratif. Sur le ''plancher'' Une belle équipe de cariste et de manutentionnaire dévoué, mais mal dirigé. Un manque de Leadership le temps de mon embauche donc.. Possiblement amélioré depuis... Harmonisation des méthode de travail inexistant.. Possiblement amélioré depuis.. Je ne cache cependant pas que Dicom m'a appris beaucoup au niveau des opérations donc... Je recommande l'entreprise pour beaucoup d'expérience pertinente...

Worked there for two month and quit before I lose my sanity In the beginning I had interview with two guys who seemed to have been there for a while and they were very respectful and knew of them became my manager but a week after he "quit" with his wife suddenly And I ended up with a YOUNG INEXPERIENCED chick with no communication skills , who takes an awful numbers of smoke breaks instead of learning how to operate a forklift and help us I'm an army veteran , I was in battlefields when she was home playing with barbie and coloring, I would not accept to be called from far away like a dog One of the things she said to me "there is always things to be done you can always grab a broom and start sweeping the trailers" I didn't have any training on how they like things to be done so all I was getting is remarks instead of coaching and being yelled at by people who thinks they are managers The work schedule always changes depending on their needs without taking In consideration the employees quality of life They claim it's a they are like family but all I see is lord's and slaves There is supervisor(who used to be a truck driver) who thinks he is an executive so its beneath him to say hello when he passes by employees or just non quebecer employees if you catch my drift Stay away from this place if you have an ounce of self respect
Contract driver, I enjoy everyday and my days fly by. I enjoy all my customers and interacting with them. This is a fun environment to work with. Driving in the winter storms kinda sucked but the company never sends you out if it's too bad outside.
