Just walk you around the building showing you things then dumps you off to a person and says work with them doesn't give you any training just expects you to just know what you're doing.
Barely an interview. If you are breathing they will hire you. Then once the Christmas rush is over... you Wil be done. They have no sort of loyalty or interest in improving their fleet of drivers. They don't care. They go through more employees than underwear. But somehow still keep the worst of the worst drivers.
