This is company is managed by executives who are only interested in their bonuses and pay. They couldn't care less about their agents. First of all, you only get benefits after working there for a year, and even then, the benefits you get are the strict minimum. It just pains me to see my colleagues having to pay high amounts because of normal health issues that anyone can have like visiting the dentist or buying medication. On top of that, you get paid so little for the stress that this company brings to you. They always look to cut corners and save as much money as possible even if it will make the life of their employees miserable. Again, they just don't care about your well being. Agents know that Gatestone is just a temporary job until you find something better....and that's not hard to do. I've never seen so many people leave a company after a short period of time.

I didn't know much about the other departments as inter-departmental communication was discourage and seen as unproductive. I could only speak for my department. Hours were cut as punishment for not doing favor for management. They also cared very little for what their employees have to say.
Getting fired was a as quick as getting hired. The job was a lot more complicated than it seems. There were too many things you needed to learn and skills you needed to have. The training was too quick to lean everything needed. Qualifications are high to keep the job.
Getting in was as easy as it was going out, The hiring process was entirely online

Management is closed minded and disconnected from staff. Everyone is expendable, overworked and underpaid. They make promises that they have not held up to. They honestly do not care about you.
There is always work to be done.
Management don’t care about you ,and pay wise it’s too low and they try to find lopeholes how to pay less. Overall manager and team leader are good you will love the atmosphere but at the end what matter is how much you make , which this company failed to do and don’t care about it’s employees
Nothing pros about it
I had loved it. Also the training was very easy. I couldn't wait to see the applications and what kind of computer or maube laptop they were going to give us... It seems it was a laptop...Unfortunately I missed the occasion to keep going to this work place. My dog had a severe allergic reaction and it turned into an operation following by recovery period. It was unfortunate, but I had to withdraw myself.... if I could've done that 2nd week with the computer at home. I would be living the dream I guess!
Hard to compromise with..
It's the typical call center atmosphere where everyone are always stressed out from the pressure and demands of the job. But with lower pay, fewer benefits, and working remotely is not an option
The position and job offers commissions for additional pay.

I only wish that our team manager was good enough to be a leader to us, the one who'd guide us and support us with our job especially when you're new. But he was nothing like that, but the total opposite and would even make your life worse.
It was definitely an experience I'd remember not to repeat again.
People are expected to work like robots, even in sickness. They can put you on part time schedule even if you were hired full time. Managers are double faced and they don’t care about your concerns. I am in regret that I ever worked here and eventually quit working here.
Great place to work and a place that you will always be learning new things, Helping customers is very satisfactory and a working environment that makes me feel like I am apart of a family.

Gatestone is a great place to start of with, they Provide you with great benefits, also they show how to interact with people around the Globe most important you improve a lot in the manner of communicating with clients. so far best experience since i started with Gatestone
Given the nature of the work, you get a lot of complex interactions and escalated situations with customers and you learn to handle that which is useful for future career paths. However, work compared to the pay received is way too stressful and there are literally zero initiatives to outperform, which explains why turnover is so high. Colleagues and management are understanding and lovely, though the overall dynamics is messy and confusing at times.

The reason why no lasts long working for this company is the level of stress that becomes so toxic. Aside from the job already being that stressful, you get a pay so low that doesn't compensate for the daily stress you get. In turn, your overall health deteriortes and all you can do is leave
This is all about performance, getting high evaluation scores, and getting results. Because of this, the pressure is so high and there's so much tension in every call. Most couldn't handle the job, this results is a high turnover rate. People come and go and it's a normal thing here.
