Might be a good place to start . Helpful tools and resources to make you deliver a good service to their clients . They can do better in terms of wage .. You might get cross trained go other departments too .

Fast paced and growth opportunities

Good place to start, but a very traditional work environment. However you have the ability to grow within the organization if you work hard. The turnover rate is also high.

Not bad

It was my first Work From Home job, so grateful for the opportunity. The overall experience was not bad. Obviously this is very fast paced and streesful, you will get less time between calls. The things I don't like is they expect too much for basic pay, they will give you unnecessary instructions for calls which was difficult to follow for me. Also they give no benefits for 1 year. Management had "don't care" attitude but I guess working at a place like this does that to you. Training and support for new hires was good. I will recommend this job to those who likes face pace work.

The managers should fix their horrible attitudes

My advice to the management: fix your HORRIBLE ATTITUDES! The work environment is already stressful enough, but the constant yelling and rude attitude of the managers do not help at all! They only make us feel worse and burn out faster with their toxic and problematic style of leadership. If the management improves, then this company will follow.

Beware of the managers!

Beware of the managers!! They are manipulative liars who will gaslight you into thinking that you're the one who makes mistakes and not them. The management is good at using employees as scapegoats and the passing on the blame to others. You will surely hate it here because of the awful leadership and environment.

Great co workers but too much work

Working a gatestone is great at first until you realize how much phone calls you take. Expect the phone to ring every 3-5 minutes and if its a busy day, nearly one after the other. If you don’t mind talking on the phone this job will be great for you.

good work environment and support, work from home is good, pay is not enough for the complexity, stress, and volume of calls and training is not efficient enough to prepare (and could realistically be done from home)

Great company with many opportunities available!

Great company to work with! The management is understanding and recognize dedication and hard work. If you are looking for a company where you can grow and work your way up the ladder, this is the place to be! I have enjoyed working here and the experience has been great. From the onboarding process and the transition to starting my role, I have only had positive experiences.The office is at a great location and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It is nicely renovated and pleasant to work out of! I would highly recommend Gatestone & Co to anyone looking for a great company to be a part of!

Good place to work

pro'sfull time job, commission so ways to make extra moneynot a super fast paced high pressure call centre Con'sits mostly collection so your stuck doing that

Easy and simple job

it was stressful at first and still is at times but as long as u are sure of urself and dont pressure urself u should be great, it's not that demanding although it can feel like it at times where the calls are too high volume. good luck!! :D

You are overworked & underpaid.You are micromanaged, NOT RESPECTED, VALUED OR APPRECIATED.They keep adding to your responsibilities.You are subjected to harassment by management.A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!

Stressful and toxic workplace!!!!

This company hires u easilly and simply dismisses u easilly as well! They dont care to train you properperly for the minimum wage paying job u are required to do so much work with liitle support. The training is usually very rushed and managment is very unprofessional and unsupportive. My advice dont just apply for the title because they trick you into applying for the job and the tile will say something and the job will be completely diffrent! was the worst trainner to be honest!!!!!!! The trainers and management are very selective!!!! My education and skills exceeds their jobs requirements instead of changing my department they simply dismissed ......

Stressful, not organized

- This job is very stressful and the procedures are just weird. It seems like they always try to find ways to make more money…- There’s always so many calls because they don’t hire enough people. - They always make the schedule late and the benefits are minimal. - there’s always technical issues when you work remotely even though you have the highest Wi-Fi connection…

Hard place to work.

Terrible work environment. Management does not work with you on anything....moving up, training, time off, more hours etc. Management is not approachable.

You can learn a lot if you don't have much experience. Management is great and very helpful. Overall it was a great experience working here. Pay is also decent.

Easy to learn. No stress. No sales

Easy to learn, 2 week training period. Work from home possible. I was there for 6 months and would go back if possible. As with any call centre position the repetitive questions and call volume get to you. No sales at all.

Only if you need a job

The company has been on steady decline over the years. The only reason they still have the contract is that they are the cheapest. Management is useless and will not support you, in fact, will further vouch for termination. There's also a ton of favoritism. I've seen hard-working people get laid off, while their favorite slackers get moved to a different department This place is basically high school all over again.

Paycheck. That is all. There is no other reason, why I would've stayed for as long, as I did. I was young and, didn't have many bills so looking back, the money wasn't really that good either.

A job that won't match your skillset

If you think you'll get the job you applied for, no you won't. It won't even match your skillset. They give the jobs that are mostly needed by the companies badly, and it's a call center job. Don't even attempt of sending CV cause you'll only get that job.

This job was interesting.. to say the least.

Interview process was very easy... no thought put into it at all. I worked here under a contract, which means no benefits or job security. My co -workers were extremely friendly. Get to choose your shift for the most part, but will have to work one weekend day. Overall, it’s ok for temporary stay. if you don’t care too much for benefits, more pay or job security. The customers were always angry when calling in because the company we had a contract with sold used and damaged products to customers.
